Debby has designed and delivered conferences and development sessions in Canada, Mexico and the U.S emphasizing hands on learning and using the collective experiences of participants. She has led numerous sessions facilitating problem solving and strategic planning for a variety of organizations.

Debby’s educational background brings a wealth of Business management and Human Resources understanding. In addition to an MBA (Masters in Business Administration with a focus on leadership and strategy), Debby holds her professional designation in Human Resources and a Graduate diploma in Business Administration. She also holds Executive Finance and Strategic Human Resources certificates from Queen’s School of Business. Her undergraduate studies included Business Administration, Economics and Sociology.

Her strong operations background in high volume and high growth environments means that she understands what it takes to be successful in a wide range of organizations. Debby is a member of the Young Presidents Organization and serves on the Executive of Women’s International Network (WIN). She currently resides in Calgary Alberta with her husband and two children.
