A highly sought-after consultant, facilitator, speaker, and coach in the areas of organizational culture and Inclusion & Diversity (aka I&D).

Chris has been called on to assess and repair culture and diversity and inclusion challenges around several high visibility, national-level situations to include the Charlottesville Race Riots, the aftermath of the killing of George Floyd, and the Kavanaugh confirmation. All totaled, he has facilitated more than 5,000 culture sessions across more than 170 government, non-profit, and private sector organizations.
