About Courtney: Using somatic therapy, Courtney helps clients find their path to feeling safe, whole, and connected through powerful sessions. After spending 15 years teaching in public school classrooms, she became an administrator in a progressive school that values social/emotional learning, conflict resolution, and the evolution of consciousness. Courtney then completed a three-year somatic experiencing program to become a SEP, a trauma-informed program focusing on the nervous system.
