Kleo grew up in Detroit, MI, where she graduated from Adrian College with a degree in Political Science. Today she and her husband, Len, reside in Loudoun County, where she serves on the Loudoun County Transit Advisory Board. She formerly served on the Board of the Loudoun Abused Women’s Shelter.
